III. Other documents and documents related to the price appraisal:
1- Documents of the municipal Peoples Committee permitting the change of land use purpose, the sale of real estate or the written permission for the sale of real estate issued by the State agency competent to manage the real estate in need of appraisal. pricing (for centrally managed real estate).
